How do you get customers to learn enough about a car they can’t see so they fall in love and reserve one? You partner with Cameo for a never-before-done campaign and answer their questions with over 500 personalized videos from their favourite celebrities.

About The Project

With INFINITI’s first new car in years, expectations were high for a successful reservation program - except we didn’t have access to a car and our target audience isn’t what you’d consider an automotive enthusiast. So, to help them understand our new vehicle and get them to fall in love with it, we partnered with Cameo to create hundreds of personalized videos that would be delivered directly into the inboxes of our audience. We invited our prospective customers to visit our website and ask one of our five partner celebs any question about the all-new QX60. From there, our crew of one - the celebs themselves - would record a video for that individual customer and we’d deliver it directly into their inbox with an invitation to return to the website to reserve a vehicle. Additionally, we placed all the videos in an easy-to-navigate library on the page to ensure everyone got access to the inside-information from our team of celeb experts.
